It’s hard to believe my time abroad is almost over. And with that, my research is wrapping up.
To reiterate, I set out to explore how small businesses in the hospitality industry use social media to market themselves. As I conducted my U.S. research, I narrowed that focus to bars and restaurants, especially local establishments in our college town of Kent, Ohio.
I could summarize my findings in a sentence by saying although both the U.S. and the U.K. have nuances to their nightlife and culture in general that make them vastly different, the communications strategies are all the same.
